Most of our items are shipped to our outbound fulfillment center in the most time-efficient manner, ensuring convenience while maintaining competitive and affordable pricing.

For specialty items ,large and bulk orders , delivery times will be calculated and included in the provided quote. Delivery times may vary depending on the item, its availability, and the distance from our international fulfillment center. While this may affect the total shipping time to your door, it ensures efficient fulfillment and customer satisfaction with a minor trade-off in delivery speed.

We understand how frustrating it can be to order a product only to find out it’s out of stock. If this happens, we’ll make sure to notify you as soon as possible. Here are the steps we’ll take:

1. Immediate Notification: As soon as we discover that the product is out of stock, we’ll notify you via email or telephone and provide you with an update on the situation.
2. Options for You:
   
   • Backorder Option: If the product is expected to restock soon, we can offer to place the item on backorder and ship it to you as soon as it's available.
   • Full Refund: If you prefer, we can issue a full refund for the out-of-stock product, and you will receive the amount back in the same payment method you used.
   • Alternative Products: We may also suggest similar products or alternatives that are available in stock and match your needs.

1. Processing Time: If you choose the backorder option, we’ll provide an estimated date of when the product will be back in stock and let you know the expected delivery date.
2. Your Satisfaction Is Our Priority: If none of the options work for you, please feel free to contact our customer service team for further assistance. We’re committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring you’re completely satisfied.

  If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel.

At checkout, you can choose either in-person pickup or delivery. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule one of our flexible pickup or drop-off times, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
